Was taken care of promptly by very pleasant light hearted staff. Thanks!
Received excellent care while hospitalized. Love the kind and caring staff .
Rainbow Six Siege brought me here!
The staff has been great, I got to the er at shift change and the dissemination of information was unsatisfactory but as soon as I said I was ready to walk out the Doc came right away and stapled my head up tight. The discharge process has been extremely slow and unsatisfactory. I believe quality care is possible here they just need to work on communication And efficiency.
Good doctors, good staff, nice patients. They do medical care right here.
Since moving to EB three years ago, we've been moving our medical service, with the exception of our primary doctor, to Sierra Hospital from Las Cruces and El Paso. The service has been very good except, the lab never remembers to fax the results to our doctor. When see our doctor they always have to call Sierra and request the results. Reminding the lab to do this never helps. The correction needs to come from a higher authority.
Both my mother and father were recently hospitalized in Sierra Vista Hospital. The care and service that they received from all the departments and personnel were efficient, professional, friendly and helpful. I want to especially mention nurses Ashley and Kim, workers Jenny and Wanda, techs Marco and Anna, the physical therapy department, and Gretchen for the hard work they accomplish each day. Immediate responses to call bells, tender care and interaction, and overall cleanliness offered high calibar care. No longer is it necessary to travel to Las Cruces or Albuquerque for emergency room or hospital care.
